Trade Only
This portal is exclusively for registered shopkeepers, resellers, and wholesale buyers. Retail customers and end consumers should not attempt to access or order. Avi Enterprises reserves the right to reject any application or suspend any account at its sole discretion.

Minimum Order Quantity
All items are sold by the set, where one set contains multiple pieces per the category standard (typically 5–10 pieces per set). Single-piece or retail-quantity orders are not accepted. MOQ (minimum order quantity) may apply on select articles.

Order Placement
Orders are placed via WhatsApp to the contact number on this portal. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it in writing via WhatsApp. Orders placed outside business hours will be responded to on the next working day.

Payment Terms
Payment accepted via UPI or bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS). Credit available to approved partners on strict 30–45 day terms. Avi Enterprises reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities without notice.

Dispatch & Delivery
Our responsibility ends at handover to the buyer's nominated transport. Once goods are handed to transport, all risk passes to the buyer. We recommend buyers inspect goods before accepting from transport.

No Returns. Manufacturing Defects.
All sales are final. Genuine manufacturing defects may be reported via WhatsApp with photographs. Verified defects resolved at Avi Enterprises' discretion by replacement or credit. Claims must be raised promptly.

GST & Taxation
Avi Enterprises is a registered GST entity. GST invoices issued for all transactions at prevailing government rates. Buyers are responsible for their own tax compliance.
